As a Navitas at UMass Lowell UPP student, you will be required to live in on-campus housing at UMass Lowell for the duration of your Navitas studies. PMP students have the option to live on or off campus. Off-campus housing is the responsibility of the student. Living on-campus will give you even more opportunities to take advantage of campus facilities and nightlife. You will also be able to spend more time in computer rooms, libraries and the Centers for Learning and Academic Support Services (CLASS).
All campus residence halls offer amenities and features that will help you stay focused on your studies. The residence halls are only a short walk from classroom buildings, dining halls, the Tsongas Center, LeLacheur Baseball Park, the Campus Recreation Center, the University Library and more.
All bedrooms are fully furnished with a bed, dresser, desk, chair, and wardrobe. Rooms are wired for high-speed internet access, standard cable television, and local and on-campus calling; however, you must purchase your own phone and television. Many of the residence halls, such as Fox Hall have common TV rooms, laundry facilities, kitchens and vending machine areas.
The Department of Residence Life at UMass Lowell is available to help you connect with other residents, your instructors and the UMass Lowell community. The department is responsible for creating warm, safe and inviting communities to ensure your time on-campus is the best it can be. Residence halls are open during winter and spring break.

Campus dining at UMass Lowell is varied and distinctive. There are eight locations to choose from, including three dining halls (Fox Hall Dining Commons just underwent a multi-million dollar renovation!) and two restaurants, which offer everything from made-to-order dinners, salad bars, grills, deli and popular fast-food options such as Starbucks, Einstein Bagels, Subway, Taco Bell and Dunkin Donuts. Your meal plan covers meals each day of the week for the entire semester.
The university shuttle bus will transport you around campus seven days a week from 6:00AM until 2:30AM. Any activity that is available on-campus is only a quick shuttle trip away. Most university buildings are within walking distance.
